Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use 1feemoney.com or buy from 1FEE (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, and shipping for clothing are shown before you pay.
An order is accepted when payment succeeds. If an item was listed at a clearly wrong price or became unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Accounts
You can check out as a guest. If you create an account, keep your sign-in details private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
Digital products and services
Music and plugins are licensed, not sold; see the Licensing terms. Audio services follow the Service Terms.
Our content
Everything on this site (music, artwork, logos including 1FEE, FEE MONEY and MASTERPEACE, photos, text and software) belongs to 1FEE or its licensors. Don't copy, redistribute or reuse it without written permission.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape, overload, resell downloads, or use stolen payment details.
Liability
The site and products are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. 1FEE's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
