Refunds
Our refund and return rules for each kind of purchase.
Clothing
You can return clothing within 14 days of delivery if it's unworn, unwashed and has its tags attached. Contact us first to start a return.
Return shipping is paid by you, unless we sent the wrong or a defective item, in which case we'll cover it and send a replacement or refund you in full.
Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and check the return. The original shipping charge isn't refundable unless the return is our mistake.
Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund, including shipping, any time until production starts (we'll note it on the product page and by email). After that, the clothing return policy above applies once your item arrives.
If a pre-order ships later than the window we stated, you can cancel for a full refund.
Music downloads and plugins
Digital purchases are final once the files have been downloaded. For plugins, that's once you download the installer or reveal your licence key in your account. Until then you can cancel a plugin from your order page for an instant full refund.
If a file is defective, doesn't match its description, or was never delivered, we'll fix it or give you a full refund.

How to ask
Contact hello@1feemoney.com with your order number (it starts with 1F-). Approved refunds are issued through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
