Shipping & Returns

Pre-orders

Pre-order drops are produced in a limited run after pre-orders close. Each product page states when it ships (for example, “Ships 6–8 weeks after pre-orders close”) and you pay the full price plus shipping up front to claim your spot.

If we can't ship within that window, we'll email you before it passes with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

We currently ship to: US.

Cost

Shipping is a flat $7.50 per order, shown in your bag and at checkout.

When it ships

We'll email you a tracking number when your order ships. Processing and delivery times depend on the item and the carrier; limited drops may ship on the date shown on the product page.

Address problems and lost parcels

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact hello@1feemoney.com and we'll help with the carrier and make it right.
