What we collect

Orders: your name, email, billing details needed for tax, and shipping address for clothing, plus what you bought.

Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive the payment result and the last details Stripe shares (not your card number).

Email list: your email and the consent you gave, if you sign up.

Audio services: the project files and details you send us.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, provide downloads and services, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, meet tax and legal obligations, and (only if you opted in) send news and release updates.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: one keeps your bag, one keeps you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store: Stripe (payments and tax), our shipping carriers (clothing), and our hosting and email providers. We don't sell your information.

Email

Marketing emails are opt-in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or contact us and we'll remove you.

How long we keep it

Order and tax records for as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally up to 7 years). Email list entries until you unsubscribe. Service files as described in the Service Terms.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. Signed in, use My 1FEE → Your data to download a copy or delete your account; or contact hello@1feemoney.com. Residents of states with privacy laws (such as California) have these rights and won't be treated differently for using them.

Children

The store isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

We'll update this page if our practices change; the date below shows the latest version.
